Successfully represented young Henri Lalime in which he sustained tramautic brain injury as a result of being hit by Dylan Carter with his automobile while under the influence of marijuana. Also brought claims for brother Stephen Lalime who witnessed the incident and suffered emotional distress, as well as a claim for negligent entrustment against the parents of Dylan Carter - 2009 Rockingham County Superior Court
